- The price stated includes all work involving software. It does not include any hardware requirements. If hardware replacement/upgrade is required we will quote for that before proceeding.
- This service requires that your computer has a valid operating system license attached. As a legal requirement this license can usually be found on the side of the computer case. If this in not present a new license may be required with the associated cost.
- The in home service requires that you have an active broadband internet connection for us to obtain any drivers, software and updates during installation. This is based on a single visit. If two visits are carried out we can have all needed software and drivers to hand on the second visit. Unfortunately due to lack of coverage in this area we are unable to use mobile broadband for this purpose.
- Depending on the specifications of your computer this entire process can take several hours. If it is more suitable we can collect your computer and return it at a suitable time at no extra charge.
- Some circumstances may require that we perform the work at our premises and not in home.
- This service is a worst case scenario and is not required to solve many software problems. We will advise on the best action for your needs.
- The price stated includes one years domain registration, one years hosting, unlimited mailboxes@yourdomain.com, template design and up to 3 pages.
- This price includes three "standard" pages including text and/or images, based on a single website template. Other content will be charged according to our current pricing and is available on request.
- Registration and hosting services are billed annually. The cost for those services is included in our current pricing and is available on request.
- Images for use on your website can be supplied by you or by us by use of digital photography at no extra cost.
- Text for use on your website is supplied by you as you know your business best. We will consult and offer our advice with this.
