Email Client Setup Guide- Microsoft Outlook

Under The tools menu click on "Email Accounts":


Choose to add or change existing email accounts depending on which you want to do:


Enter the following account information into the Wizard:

- Your name as will be displayed on your outgoing emails
- Your email address
- Incoming and outgoing mail servers: mail.branaghcomputers.com
- Your username: same as your email address
- Your account password


Under the "More Settings" option choose "Outgoing Server" and tick the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication":


You can then go back and use the option to test account settings and your email client setup will then be complete.
Please note that the mail server also supports IMAP which can be set up in the mail client wizard.
